NEWARK PRINT SHOP CUSTOM PRINTING is designed to assist you in printing your projects. Although we are set up as a do-it-yourself print shop, sometimes you just don’t have the time to print so we’re here to help!

MATERIALS
All garments supplied to NPS for screenprinting must arrive new and unwashed.
If providing garments for multiple designs, garments must be sorted and clearly labeled for each design.
NPS reserves the right to refuse to print on certain fabrics and/or surfaces at our discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHY
All print work done by NPS is subject to photography and/or video documentation to be used for advertising or purposes of demonstration unless otherwise noted by the client.

Please submit files SIZED TO YOUR INTENDED PRINT SIZE
ALL FILES at least 300 dpi

We offer artwork services to clean up files if you are not able to produce a quality image. Pricing for this service is determined on a case by case basis.
QUANTITY
Up to 10% under run is acceptable. This is due to the hand printing process. If you are supplying the goods, please be sure to provide extra if you need an exact quantity.
TURNAROUND
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days from receipt of payment and artwork.
If you are supplying the apparel, your order will not be scheduled until we receive them.
Sometimes receipt of goods can be delayed due to backorders from the distributor. We will communicate promptly with you if this occurs, but this can cause delays in turnaround time.
RUSH ORDERS
Orders needed before our typical turnaround time will incur a rush fee as follows:
2-3 days add 50%
4-6 days add 25%
PAYMENTS
Payment must be made in full before we can process your order. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Checks and Square payments.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment and final approval is made.
REFUNDS
Please call email sales@newarkprintshop.org promptly if there are errors or problems with your order. Refunds will be awarded on a case by case basis.
